  1. Berita Dalam Bahasa Inggris Menyentuh hati Tentang Kucing

Pet owners everywhere are holding their furry friends a little bit tighter after seeing this heartbreaking image.

In the photo, posted to Reddit, a cat named Andrew appears to hold his owner’s hand on what would be his last-ever car ride. According to the post, the cat was on his way to the vet to be euthanized.

“He held our hands on his last trip to the vet,” the caption reads. “Little Andrew was much stronger than his mom and I.”

User Abherna3 wrote that Andrew saw him through high school, his undergraduate degree, medical school and his residency.

But when the 15-year-old cat fell ill and finally stopped purring, his family knew something was wrong.

It comes after another similarly heart-wrenching photo went viral last year. The image featured a dog named Libra riding in the back seat of a car on her final journey to the vet.

The American bulldog mix melted hearts everywhere when her owner posted the photo to Reddit saying, she looked happy and peaceful, but was ready to go after suffering from multiple seizures.

Both of the owners have received an outpouring of love after the images were posted. Though their beloved animals are gone, they hope others will appreciate the pets they still have.

Berita Dalam Bahasa Inggris Tentang Kafe Kelinci Di Hongkong

Animal lovers looking for a caffeine fix can now hop on over to Rabbitland, Hong Kong’s first rabbit cafe. Mashable reports that the new cafe, which opened on August 16, is home to a dozen adorable floppy-eared bunnies.

As they sip tea and snack on sandwiches, customers can wander the cafe, feeding and petting the 12 rescued rabbits. While the idea for Rabbitland was likely inspired in part by the rising popularity of cat cafes (of which Hong Kong has several), co-founder Teddy Chui claims its purpose is also to teach kids how much work it takes to care for a pet bunny. He wants parents to bring their children to Rabbitland where, in addition to cuddling the adorable bunnies, they can learn firsthand about rabbit care before buying a pet of their own.

Chui also encourages all customers to play with the rabbits—so long as they don’t pick them up or pull on their ears—making Rabbitland the perfect place for Hong Kong residents without pets to make a few new furry friends.

  1. Berita Dalam Bahasa Inggris Tentang Master Pokemon Go

A woman in Singapore has become the first person in the world to get a job as a “Pokemon Master”.

Ivy Lim, aged 22, was selected from among thousands of candidates for the job, which was advertised by online marketplace Funzing.com earlier this month.

She will be paid $1,000 a month for at least three months to catch Pokemon, train others on a daily basis, teach secrets and tips, and host lure parties, walks, raves and experiences.

“I didn’t know that the job of Pokemon Master exists. I have always wanted to train alongside with friends to catch Pokemon in real life, just like in the Pokemon shows,” Lim said.

“I am at Trainer Level 23 and have caught 121 Pokemon characters. I am planning to double those numbers during this job.”

The idea for the job came about after a number of users approached the site, asking for “quirky and quality Pokemon Go experiences”.

The company set itself the task of finding “the best and most qualified Pokemon hunter in the world”, so that she could teach her secrets to others as a full-time job.

Pokemon Go fans who live in Singapore, or who are travelling to the island, can book a spot on one of Lim’s “secret Pokemon experiences” via the Funzing website .

Berita Dalam Bahasa Inggris Robot Gurita Bertenaga Kentut

  1. Berita Dalam Bahasa Inggris Robot Gurita Bertenaga Kentut

The latest addition to a growing menagerie of octopus-robots has a lot going for it: It’s small, completely squishy, it doesn’t need a battery — and it farts.

The adorable palm-sized robot is the work of a team of engineers from Harvard University. They created our flatulent friend by pouring liquid silicone into an octopus-shaped mold and 3D printing legs. A soft, central controller in the bot’s body shunts hydrogen peroxide fuel through reaction chambers that convert the liquid to oxygen gas and water vapor. The gas inflates the legs through tiny channels running from the body and makes them wiggle — in a minimally alarming way, which is a first for the field of octobots. But that gas has to go somewhere when it’s done making the octobot squirm, so the team outfitted the little guy with orifices that it can fart through. Nothing makes a robot more relatable than flatulence. They published their octobot assembly manual today in the journal Nature.

This octobot joins a long line of octopus-inspired robots — many of which are also named octobot. Earlier creations like Italian researcher Ceclia Laschi’s swimming octobot relied on stiff actuators, control systems, and power packs to move around — which limits the robots squishability, an attribute scientists are actively striving for in robots that could interact with (and run into) people.

“We’ve been promised robots around us for decades now,” says the study’s lead author Michael Wehner. He and co-author Ryan Truby say the problem is that robots aren’t known for their people skills — or their safety. Terminator-like robots with rigid parts could injure someone — even an egg-shaped mall security-bot in Palo Alto reportedly injured a little boy it ran down. But a squishy robot is less of a risk. Plus, Laschi says, robots with soft bodies will be better able to interact in a world designed for soft-bodied humans. So, naturally, researchers looked to an eight-armed, color-changing, suction-cup covered, whip-smart sea creature for inspiration.

“We think the octopus just looks cool,” Wehner said. “We thought a pretty cool looking octopus might help get people on our side — convert people to soft robotics.”

Now, in the past, The Verge has come down hard on octopus-shaped robots, in part because of their undeniable resemblance to Cthulhu, and wondered when the blood magic portion of the octobots will arrive. But I’ve been converted. I, for one, welcome our flatulent octobot overlords.

Berita Dalam Bahasa Inggris Tentang Film Superhero Rusia Guardians

  1. Berita Dalam Bahasa Inggris Tentang Film Superhero Rusia Guardians

Forget the Hulk. This Russian superhero team includes a literal bear, standing on its hind legs and firing a gigantic machine gun.

It’s been a while since a Russian blockbuster made its way to mainstream theaters in the U.S., but we’re hoping Guardians is the next one. It’s a Soviet-era superhero team movie, and the trailer looks deliciously bonkers.

Along with the shapeshifting bear-man, the team includes a guy with rock powers (think Boulder Magneto), a woman who can turn her body into water, and a Winter Soldier-looking dude with a pair of huge, gothic scimitars.
